ServiceNow was looking for the perfect gift to reward their Customer Success leadership group for yet another year of the team's outstanding commitment to their customer's satisfaction. Headquartered in Santa Clara, ServiceNow thought locally made gifts from California would be a different, fun, and meaningful way to not only thank the team but highlight the creativity and talent of the Bay Area.

The Results

Working with the client to discuss the overall theme, interests of the group, timing and budget, LoculGoods curated a delightful mix of goods to keep the Leadership team organized, energized and moisturized! Presented inside a beautiful dopp kit were luxury bath and body products, gourmet snacks and some eco-friendly goods for use in the home and office.

Presented at their 2024 planning meeting here in California, the global team was delighted to be able to take a piece of the Golden State back home with them and proud to know that their company cares about supporting the local economy and small businesses. With less than a week to source, package and deliver all items, LoculGoods was able to provide a wide variety of beautifully curated and functional gifts.

The Packaging

Colorful, fun, functional and beautifully made, all of the gifts were conveniently nestled in these zippered box dopp kits handmade by Lady Alamo in San Francisco. Not only did this kit provide the perfect way to present all of the gifts, it eliminated the use of wasteful packaging material, allowed every dollar spent to go to the actual gifts for the recipient and will be a lasting and useful memento of ServiceNow's appreciation to the team.

The ServiceNow Customer Success Team works hard every day to oversee, improve and guarantee their customers' success and satisfaction. In recognition of the team's tremendous efforts in 2023, a note of thanks was included in each gift bag.
