Tax & Payment Policy

LoculGoods is registered for sales tax in the state of California and collects California sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses, where applicable. All products sold by LoculGoods are purchased wholesale from our vendors, and sales tax is not paid at the vendor level when applicable.

Sales tax on any order is determined based on the seller’s nexus and the delivery location. For deliveries outside of California, customers may be responsible for any use tax or other taxes required by their state of delivery. Questions about sales tax for out-of-state orders can be directed to LoculGoods prior to placing an order.

All payments are due as specified on the invoice or order confirmation. Invoices will reflect sales tax only when required by law.
