Janie's Cakes is a mother-daughter, women-owned bakery in Tyler, Texas, established in 1987 by Janie Clapp. Rooted in a family recipe developed with Janie’s great-grandmother, the bakery uses all-natural ingredients including farm-fresh eggs, real butter, and cane sugar, with no fillers or preservatives.

These toasted pecans are made with TX Straight Bourbon Whiskey, sugar, butter, and Madagascar vanilla, giving them a rich, candied finish with a little whiskey depth in every bite. The pecans come in an 8 oz. bag, with a sweet, nutty crunch and just enough bourbon character to make them feel unmistakably Texan.
