American Bench Craft is a Massachusetts-based workshop founded by a group of friends committed to making durable goods by hand. Using traditional methods and full-grain leather, they design products meant to be used daily and built to last.

A heavy-duty shock cord binding secures inserts beneath a full-grain leather cover. Based on the Midori journal concept, the Trapper Journal employs sturdier materials and detailing for everyday handling. Sized at 6.5" × 3.75", it slips into a pocket and becomes an everyday companion.
