Vesta Coffee Roasters was founded by Jerad Jay in 2015, beginning as a home-roasting project on an ultra-micro drum roaster in a downtown Las Vegas kitchen. What started with a close attention to how specialty coffee could taste when roasted with care has grown into a hospitality-driven company with cafés, scratch-made food and pastry, bakery production, and wholesale roasting.
