North Fork Chai Co. was founded in 2017 by sister-and-brother team Chelsea and Joshua, who make their blends in Northern California with a close eye on ingredient quality and small-batch preparation. Chelsea brings training from the Culinary Institute of America, while Joshua draws on years in coffee and the outdoor miles that helped inspire the brand’s start.

This trio of handcrafted loose leaf teas offers something for every kind of cup: Lemon Dream is bright and floral with vanilla rooibos, honey bush, lavender, calendula, and lemon oil; Trail Nap is a calming, caffeine-free blend of spearmint, lavender, and chamomile; and First Light brings together black tea, ginger, rose petals, lavender, and hibiscus for a gently spiced, morning-ready brew.
