The brand’s point of view comes from the Welsh Valleys, where bathing is said to cleanse the soul and make room for clarity, peace, and renewal.

Each pouch blends Australian sun-dried sea salt, essential minerals, medium-chain triglycerides, and concentrated essential oil blends into a soak that turns hot water into something more restorative than routine. Varieties include formulas for recovery, rest, everyday uplift, and a warmer, more sensual unwind, with each 10 oz pouch offering 1 to 3 bath servings depending on how deeply you want to sink in. Fill the bath with hot comfortable water. Add ½ cup to 1 cup (depending on desired intensity, more is not necessarily better) to the hot water and swish to disburse the soak throughout the bath. Get in and get comfortable. Breathe deeply for a minute or so. Bathe in the soak and cleanse the soul. When you're ready to exit, do so slowly, there may be changes in your equilibrium.

Expect 1-3 servings per 10oz pouch depending on the size of the tub and desired intensity.
