Joe’s Jerky was founded by Jodie Lynn Patla and her father Joe Robinson, a Vietnam Veteran with more than 50 years of experience as a meat cutter. What began as jerky made for family and friends grew into a small business built around Joe’s original recipes and commitment to quality.

Seasoned with soy sauce and a blend of spices, the jerky is available in flavors such as Original, Teriyaki, Garlic Pepper, and Flaming Hot Hillbilly.
