Three Keys Coffee was founded in 2019 by husband and wife Tio and Kenzel Fallen, and it takes its name from the three valves of the trumpet, the instrument Tio played for 15 years. The family-owned roastery explores the connection between coffee, music, and art, with bag designs that nod to classic jazz album covers and a flavor wheel built around musical expression. It roasts in a solar-powered facility and is an authorized Smithsonian Bird Friendly, Fairtrade, and Rainforest Alliance roaster.

Each 12 oz bag of whole bean coffee comes paired with its own curated Spotify playlist, reached by a QR code on the bag, so every brew has a soundtrack to match. The lineup runs from The 33-1/3 LP Signature Blend, a structured, balanced, and smooth medium roast, to Brazil Blue Nova, a dark roast with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, peanut butter, and red fruit. Colombia Love Supremo, Round Midnight Espresso Blend, and the Montreux Swiss Water Process decaf round out the range. It is coffee meant to be heard as much as tasted.
