Hand-Drawn Houston Linen Greeting Cards

Thick paper. Big heart.

Anvil Cards was started by JC Woods, who left a corporate job in 2017 to make greeting cards full time. He draws the pictures, writes the jokes, and takes his inspiration from Texas culture, and every card is printed on thick linen paper, then cut, folded, and packed by hand in his own shop. The shop’s motto says it all: give cards, give love, give often.

These 4.25 x 5.25 in greeting cards feature hand-drawn Houston and Texas designs printed on the maker’s signature super-thick, sustainable, American-made linen paper. Each one is blank inside for a personal message and comes with an envelope. Designs include Houston Skyline, From Houston With Love, Hello from Houston, Texas Thanks, and Texas Buffalo. Made by real hands, they are cards meant to be kept long after the occasion.
