Founded in 2014 by two creatives working at an advertising agency, Footnotes began as a response to uninspired greeting cards and a desire to bring back the joy of handwritten notes. Their work blends witty, thoughtful messaging with clean, minimal design, creating pieces that feel both personal and quietly playful.

These New York greeting cards put a crisp, graphic spin on the city, pairing bold typography and clever visual details with the unmistakable character of New York.
