A Secret Forest began in 2013 after culinary school graduate Vanessa Beller started making artisan lollipops at her dining room table. What grew from a late-night experiment still centers on small-batch candy, fine ingredients, and hand-finished details that give the brand its playful, meticulous point of view.
These small-batch lollipops fold dried fruit and spices into clear hard candy for a bright, layered bite, with flavors like lemon lavender, orange cacao, and champagne stardust bringing floral, citrusy, and gently spiced notes. Each one measures just under 3 inches and is made without preservatives, giving every pop the look of a little sugared garden and the kind of flavor that lingers longer than expected.
