Amphora is a family owned and operated olive oil and balsamic vinegar company with  roots in the olive industry for close to 100 years.  Select from 16 different infused olive oils or select from their premium extra virgin varieties, flavors like Herbs de Provence, Wild Mushroom & Sage and Persian Lime.

Regardless of what you select, when paired with their aged balsamic vinegars, the tasting note combinations are as varied as they are delicious.  Use in salad dressings and marinades, use it for baking or keep it simple and use it as a bread dip.  It makes for a perfect finishing touch to any dish.
