The Chocolate Therapist was founded by Julie Nygard, an author, speaker, nutrition educator, and chocolate pairing specialist. Built on handcrafted, all-natural recipes, the company makes chocolate with a strong point of view about flavor and a shorter ingredient list.

These handcrafted chocolate bars come in milk, dark, nutty, fruity, salted, and pairing-friendly varieties, with names that range from Down by the Sea Salt to Blue Suede ’Shews and Berried in Chocolate. Made without dyes, preservatives, gluten, soy, corn syrup, or artificial ingredients, they bring a polished snap and plenty of personality to every bite, with enough depth to stand up to wine, spirits, or beer.
