These rich, buttery caramels are slowly cooked from sugar, evaporated milk, corn syrup, heavy whipping cream, butter, vanilla, and salt, then finished with generous flakes of sea salt for a sweet-salty bite that lingers. Variations include lavender topped with French lavender and smoked salt with hickory smoked salt, each offered in a 4 oz package with a 100-day shelf life, and each one lands with that soft chew and slow-melting finish that makes caramel hard to stop thinking about.
