Optically Cleaned Australian Sea salt is sun-dried and has no chemical processing. It contains very high concentrations of specific aromatherapy oils that are expertly blended for maximum benefit to the user's body and mind. 

All aromatherapy oils used are of the highest quality, ecologically harvested for the cleanest healthiest product to use on the body, and 100% hand-made in small batches.

RESTORE has a focused blend of 7 restorative aromatherapy oils combined with remineralizing Australian sundried sea salt.

REST is a soothing blend of 6 essential oils combined with remineralizing Atlantic sea salt.

Fill the bath with hot comfortable water. Add ½ cup to 1 cup (depending on desired intensity, more is not necessarily better) to the hot water and swish to disburse the soak throughout the bath. Get in and get comfortable. Breathe deeply for a minute or so. Bathe in the soak and cleanse the soul. When you're ready to exit, do so slowly, there may be changes in your equilibrium.

Expect 1-3 servings per 10oz pouch depending on the size of the tub and desired intensity.
