Garage Monkey Products is a Southern California family business built around former firefighter Mark Lepore’s passion for woodworking and the shared effort of his daughter and niece, who help bring each piece from the shop to the wider world. Their work centers on practical objects made with care, character and the belief that everyday tools can be both useful and beautiful.

These hand-turned wood pens are crafted from a wide range of woods, from classic oak, walnut, teak and mahogany to more distinctive options like olive, purple heart, Macassar ebony, koa, zebra wood and black cherry. Each pen has its own natural grain pattern and can be finished with blue or black ink and hardware accents such as gold, chrome, copper or gunmetal. With prices ranging from $42 to $71 depending on the wood, each one carries the polish of a finely made object, bringing beauty, balance and a sense of permanence to the everyday act of writing.
