Fenway Clayworks began with ceramic artist Sean VanderVliet, whose years of throwing pots as a hobby and through school gradually grew into a studio practice centered on useful forms meant to stay in daily use for the long run.

These hand-thrown ceramic mugs are made on the wheel in Fenway Clayworks’ Colorado studio and finished with glazes developed over years of testing. Offered in two sizes, including a 10 to 12 oz smaller mug and a 12 to 14 oz classic mug, each one carries the slight shifts of handmade work without losing its calm, timeless shape. Dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe, they bring a bit of studio character to the morning rotation and earn their place cup after cup.
