Dick Taylor Chocolate is a Northern California–based maker founded by two former boat builders who bring a meticulous, hands-on approach to chocolate making. Working from bean to bar, they produce in small batches and use traditional stone refining methods to develop texture and draw out the distinct character of each cacao origin.

These chocolate bars highlight single-origin cacao from regions such as Madagascar, Belize, Brazil, and Ecuador, alongside a selection of bars with thoughtfully chosen inclusions like fleur de sel, toasted coconut, nibs, and coffee. Each bar is wrapped in signature letterpress paper, reflecting the same attention to detail found in the chocolate itself.
