Ginger Lab is a Santa Clara–based beverage company founded by Deb Chang, who set out to create a ginger beer that felt cleaner and more balanced than what she was finding on the market. What began as small test batches has grown into a dedicated production facility, with a continued focus on fresh ingredients and hands-on craft.
These ginger beers are made with fresh ginger and lightly carbonated for a fine, lively fizz. Sweetened with organic cane sugar and, in seasonal varieties, real fruit purées, they strike a balanced sweetness with a clean ginger bite. Despite the name, these 9 oz bottles are non-alcoholic, with a bright, refreshing character that works just as well on its own as it does in cocktails.
