Capital Candy Jar grew out of founder Dave Burton’s early candy hustle, which started with homemade lollipops he sold to classmates as a kid. Years later, after making Valentine’s treats for friends and looking for a career change, he turned that long-running candy instinct into the business.
These chocolate-covered Oreos turn a familiar cookie into a bright, celebratory treat, with one set including an American flag design in red, white, and blue cocoa butter, one finished with festive nonpareils, and one rolled in star sprinkles across dark and milk chocolate. Each package includes 3 cookies and lands somewhere between crisp, creamy, and candy-shop playful, with just enough flair to make snack time feel like a parade.
