These candied orange peels and dried mango are dipped in 62% dark Valrhona chocolate, giving each piece a bright, chewy center and a clean snap of bittersweet cocoa. The oranges are made from California-grown fruit and candied in stages for deep citrus flavor, while the mango brings a sunny sweet-tart note that makes the whole bag disappear faster than you'd like.
