Capital Candy Jar grew out of founder Dave Burton’s early candy hustle, which started with homemade lollipops he sold to classmates as a kid. Years later, after a career change and a round of treat-making for friends, he turned that long-running entrepreneurial streak into the brand.

These made-from-scratch vanilla marshmallows are topped with a layer of buttery salted caramel and fully coated in rich milk or dark chocolate, turning a familiar confection into something softer, deeper, and far more indulgent. At 3 oz, each piece delivers a pillowy center, a caramel pull, and a chocolate finish that earns the name cloud.
