Canyon Coffee grew out of Ally Walsh and Casey Wojtalewicz’s shared coffee ritual, which started while traveling for work and mailing great beans home to each other. They launched the brand in 2016 with a commitment to exclusively organic coffees roasted for natural sweetness, balance, and an easy-drinking cup at home.

This single-origin instant coffee turns out a full, flavorful cup with nothing more than 8 oz of water, with choices including a medium roast from Ethiopia and a Colombian coffee from Tolima. Each box includes 48 packets, and each one lands with the kind of clean, lively cup that makes instant coffee feel like a very smart little miracle.
