Olivarez Chico Honey is a third-generation beekeeping operation dedicated to producing raw, unfiltered honey from their own hives. Rather than sourcing in bulk, the family harvests only once or twice a year, spending the rest of the time caring for their bees and maintaining healthy, thriving colonies.

This honey is primarily wildflower-based, capturing the natural variation of local blooms with a flavor that shifts subtly from harvest to harvest. Pure, unblended, and never pasteurized, it retains the full character of the hive. Available in formats including individual honey sticks, 12 oz jars, and 20 oz squeeze pouches, it’s easy to use whether stirred into tea, drizzled over food, or enjoyed on its own.
