Chocolate Covered Candied Fruit

Chocolate-covered candied orange peels and dried mango? Yes please!

These delicious California-grown oranges from the olive nation are peeled into strips and gone through a process of boiling in sugar water and drying.   The process is repeated until they are the perfect amount of candied deliciousness.  They are then left out overnight to dry even further, and dipped in a 62% dark Valrhona chocolate.

These sweet and tangy dried mangos are hand-dipped in a silky 62% Valhrona Dark Chocolate. Each bag comes in a 1/4 pound measurement.
